SHAPE MOULDED PACKAGING

Barnes has the expertise to design packaging specifically for your product – whether it be food, appliances, bottles or something else.

Shape moulded packaging can be designed to closely fit your product to ensure maximum protection in transit and storage.

As well as being protective the packaging can be part of your product display – enhancing and promoting the product.

Products that consist of multiple items can be packed in moulded trays or boxes that have shaped recesses for each item that show at a glance if a items have been included. Similarly, If all items are the same checking the correct quantity is packed is simplified.

EPS packaging can be used on it’s own or in conjunction with other materials such as corrugated board or shrink film

Barnes service will include design of suitable packaging, preparation of a mock up or prototype and a quotation for both the packaging plus the necessary tooling.

All aspects of the tool design and construction will be handled by Barnes skilled staff.
